Shanghai Wei Kai Company provides a centralised hub of hospitality marketing and property management services. We are based in Shanghai and combine various aspects of property development and management into a single back office support platform. Through various vendors, our range of services include bespoke design, architecture, interior design, FF&E, construction management, room revenue management, vacancy and lettings management, lettings collections, bill payment, ongoing repair, and operations management.

ARCHITECTURAL Design
Bespoke high-end design is at the heart of all the projects that Shanghai Wei Kai Company manages. We undertake and advise on contemporary architectural design and source all manner of interior finishings, fittings, furniture, and materials for hospitality and residential rental projects. We understand how to build for ease of maintenance and can advise contractors on the selection of materials for longevity and beauty.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND FURNISHING
Beautiful design is useless without the ability to execute and properly manage the building of the project. We are well versed in the construction tendering process and are on-site during the most important stages of construction. On-site supervision allows Shanghai Wei Kai Company to correct the inevitable mistakes that arise during construction and ensure an optimal result in the final build quality. Post construction, we arrange to unpack, unload and setup furniture and furnishings. We take care of every step of the above to ensure long-term quality and reduced maintenance needs.
LETTINGS AND ROOM MANAGEMENT
With team members having operated and managed hospitality projects and furnished holiday lets, we can advise on room rate setting and room revenue management. To improve efficiency and optimise bookings, we work with lettings agents and third-party operators where needed and centralised all back office operations into a single customer service centric back office platform in Shanghai. We integrate with industry leader Protel for the providing our booking management system.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT and BILL PAYMENT
Efficient hospitality room revenue collections, rental collections, and the management and payment of bills on time are key portions of our management services.
Property MAINTENANCE
Shanghai Wei Kai Company excels in the maintenance and repair of hospitality and residential rental properties. We work with third party suppliers in the maintenance of all interior and exterior portions of hospitality and residential rental projects. We maintain all FF&E furniture and accessories with replacements available upon damage.
